2019 Peace Corps Gabon T-Shirt Design

It’s so cool when my friends reach out to me to do a t-shirt design. And then immediately my mind is racing, trying to figure out how to not screw it up this time. Thank you to Laura for getting me to do this and for getting the shirts actually printed.

The t-shirt printer was excellent and the finished t-shirts were exactly right in terms of color and size. The printer put a base coat of white under all the ink, to make sure it all showed up, which it did.

The only negative on the printing: the ink on my personal shirt started cracking up within a year. Maybe modern inks are not as strong as older inks? Maybe I’m washing my laundry too hard? But these shirts did look good when they were new.
